How do I return an item?

To do this simply contact us at info@thebelladonnastore.com fill your return order form and book a return to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

How can I contact your couriers?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive courier and delivery details.

What is your Returns Policy?

Return for an exchange or store credit will only be issued if your returns are done within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUND
Refund is issued as STORE CREDIT within 5 business days of the return arriving.  You will be notified via email that store credit has been issued. 

Store credits are valid for 365 days from the date issued. After 365 days, unused credits will expire.


STORE PICK UP
If you purchase an item for store pick up, the 14 days begins when your item becomes available for Pick Up in store. If you purchase during our store hours or event, it will be 14 days from the date of purchase. If you request us to hold an order placed online and it delays the shipping date, the 14 days begins when your order is placed. 

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. 

Please do not ship back your items if they are outside of our return window or do not meet the requirements. We cannot send it back for free.

For your item to be eligible for returns it must:
  • be unworn, with tags attached.
  • be in the same condition that you received it.
  • be free of any odors, smoke smell, perfume.
  • be free of any makeup or deodorant stains.
  • not be an accessory, undergarment or sale item.
  • fit the timeframe

If your item meets the above criteria, simply email us with your order details at  info@thebelladonnastore.com  Please include a copy of the packing slip or receipt. Returns received without supporting document may be delayed in processing.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Prior to shipping, all items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are free of defects and carefully packaged. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise you have 3 days from the time your item is delivered to let us know of any issues with your item. Please email info@thebelladonnastore.com

ITEMS WORN OR WASHED, Damages caused by customers, including rips from forcing items to fit, stretching garments, or cuts during package opening WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

What if I receive a wrong item?

If we mistakenly send you a wrong item, size or defective item, we will be glad to exchange it as soon as we’re informed and the return process above is completed. In this case we bear the cost of return and exchange, we will email you a return label. 

Please be sure to select your desired color and correct size while ordering. If you make a mistake and we are informed before dispatching your order, it will be corrected. But if it’s only noted after dispatch, we can only correct it after you receive the order and a return process will be initiated. In this case, buyer bears the cost of return and exchange.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order at info@thebelladonnastore.com. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
